Installation
A sprinkler system is designed to use water to put out a fire. Between a fire suppression system and a traditional sprinkler system we have your residential, commercial building or industrial space covered. There are four different types that we can install:
Wet pipe systems: Typical application, with water in the system's pipes ready to be activated by the opening of fire sprinkler heads due to heat.
Dry pipe systems: This system has air or nitrogen gas in the pipes and water is released into the pipes upon activation of the sprinkler heads after a slight delay. These systems are used in areas where water in pipes can freeze.
Deluge: Activated by smoke or heat detectors, deluge equipment releases a dousing flood of water or form in an instant through an open-sprinkler, nozzle, or foam generator, utilizing an unpressurized piping system. These systems are used in areas other than homes and offices where fire can spread quickly.
Pre-Action: This is a combination of wet and dry pipe fire sprinkler systems and are not activated until a fire is detected.
Residential 13D System: A residential sprinkler design standard focused on one- and two- family dwellings and manufactured homes. The intent is to provide an affordable sprinkler system in homes while maintaining a high level of life safety.
Inspection
Fire system inspections are critical to making sure all systems are up to date and follow insurance codes. Our reputable inspectors know exactly which details to look for to make sure you keep your peace of mind. We make sure your sprinkler systems will work during emergency situations and if we spot anything out of the ordinary, we'll make sure to fix it.
Maintenance
Sprinkler systems need to adhere to strict maintenance standards in order to make sure they activate and work. Whether it's checking on a monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or yearly basis, we'll make sure your sprinklers are well-maintained. Improving the overall reliability, cost, performance, and design is what we're great at.
Repair
Our knowledgable technicians are experts in spotting damages that can increase the chances of the system failing to activate. Since we know how to build and install these systems, we know exactly what to do to get them working again. We'll make sure to correct any problems that we find, so it's fully operational.
